Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Fantinel Suprema Grappa Tocai - (more)
1 Egg White - (more)
1 oz. Simple Syrup - (more)
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice - (more)
Angostura Bitters - (more)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice vigorously. Add ice, shake again and strain into a coup glass. Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters.
