Instructions

In 1819 Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles landed in Singapore and purchased a plot of land from the Sultan of Johor where he created a trading post for the British East Asian Trading Company. A hundred years later, in the lobby bar of the infamous Raffles Hotel, legendary bartender Mr. Ngami Tong Boon concocted the very first cocktail to achieve global fame.

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a sling glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple and a cherry.
