Ingredients

2 part(s) Courvoisier Cognac - (more)
1 dash(es) Angostura Bitters - (more)
1 splash(es) Soda Water - (more)
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice - (more)
1/2 pint(s) Mint Loose Leaves - (more)
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup - (more)
1/2 part(s) Triple Sec - (more)
1/4 Lime Cut in half. - (more)

Instructions

In an old fashioned glass, muddle the fresh mint, lime wedges, Angostura® Bitters and simple syrup. In a separate shaker, vigorously shake Courvoisier® VSOP, DeKuyper® Triple Sec and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Strain into glass on top of muddle and fill with crushed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a sugar dusted sprig of fresh mint.
