Drink Type: Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz. Vodka (more Vodka drinks)
7 oz. Tomato Juice (more Tomato Juice drinks)
1/2 oz. Tabasco Brand Soy Sauce (more Tabasco Brand Soy Sauce drinks)
2 oz. Tabasco Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce (more Tabasco Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce drinks)
1 tsp. Ginger (minced) (more Ginger drinks)
1/2 tsp. Salt (sea) (more Salt drinks)
1/8 tsp. Pepper (cracked black) (more Pepper drinks)
1/4 tsp. Sesame Oil (more Sesame Oil drinks)
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt (or powder) (more Garlic Salt drinks)
1/4 tsp. Lemon Grass (grated) (more Lemon Grass drinks)
1 oz. Lime Juice (more Lime Juice drinks)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. "Roll" ingredients back and forth from mixing glass to tin and back several times; mix well. Rim glass with lime and lemongrass salt.* Pour into ice- filled and rimmed pint glass. Garnish with lemongrass stalk and candied ginger.

**Lime and Lemongrass Salt

1/4 teaspoon grated lemongrass
1/4 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon cane sugar

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
