4 oz. Cranberry Juice - (more)
1 1/2 oz. Tequila - (more)
1/4 oz. Orange Juice - (more)
1/4 oz. Pineapple Juice - (more)
1/8 oz. Triple Sec - (more)

Instructions

Pour first 3 ingredients into a collins glass and stir gently. Top with pineapple and orange juice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
