Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Blended Scotch Whisky (more Blended Scotch Whisky drinks)
1/2 tsp. Dubonnet Rouge Aperitif Wine (more Dubonnet Rouge Aperitif Wine drinks)
1/2 tsp. Triple Sec (more Triple Sec drinks)
1/2 tsp. Anis (more Anis drinks)

Instructions

Shake Blended Scotch whisky, Dubonnet, Triple Sec, and Anis with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with twists of orange and lemon peels and serve.
