St. Petersburg Sundae

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Stolichnaya ( Stoli ) Vanilla Vodka - (more)
1 scoop(s) Chocolate Ice Cream - (more)
1/2 oz. Amaretto (Preferably Di Saronna Amaretto) - (more)

Instructions

Chill all ingredients and mix in a blender for about 10 seconds until smooth and creamy. Do not overmix. Pour into a chilled, stemmed glass and sprinkle chopped almonds over the top. Serve with a straw and an iced tea spoon.
