2 oz. Scotch - (more)
1 oz. Orange Curacao - (more)
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth - (more)

Instructions

Half fill a mixing glass with cracked ice and add all ingredients. Stir and strain into a 5 oz. champagne glass. Garnish with a twist of orange rind.
