Drink Type: Shooter
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Bacardi 151 Black Bat Rum
- 2 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila
- 1/2 Lemon
- Sugar
Instructions
Mix Bacardi 151 and with Jose Cuervo Especial. Support 1/2 a lemon with toothpicks on top of glass. Sprinkle the lemon with sugar and Bicardi 151. Light the 151 and let the sugar melt without carmelizing. Blow the flame out when the sugar starts to melt. Shoot the liquid and then bite the lemon.
