4 dash(es) The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters - (more The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters drinks)
2/3 oz. Bourbon Whiskey - (more Bourbon Whiskey drinks)
1/3 oz. Cointreau - (more Cointreau drinks)
Champagne - (more Champagne drinks)

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a chilled champagne flute and stir. Fill with champagne and stir again. Garnish with an orange twist.
