Ingredients

3/4 oz. Sandeman Porto Founders Reserve (more Sandeman Porto Founders Reserve drinks)
1 1/4 oz. Wild Turkey Straight Rye Whiskey (more Wild Turkey Straight Rye Whiskey drinks)
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup (more Simple Syrup drinks)
1 Egg White (more Egg White drinks)

Instructions

Prepare the cocktail like a Collins. Pour whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake briefly. Strain over ice into a rocks or old-fashioned glass. Float the Sandeman Founders Reserve Porto on top and garnish with an orange and a brandied cherry.
