Right Gin Christmas Fizz

Ingredients

2 oz. RIGHT Gin (more RIGHT Gin drinks)
2 tsp. Cranberry Sauce (more Cranberry Sauce drinks)
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth (more Sweet Vermouth drinks)
1 oz. Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (more Simple Syrup drinks)
1 Egg White (more Egg White drinks)
1 dash(es) Peychaud Bitters (more Peychaud Bitters drinks)
2 oz. Sparkling Water (more Sparkling Water drinks)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water in a mixing glass. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour in 2 oz of soda water and then strain mixture into the Collins glass over the ice and sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cranberry
