Ingredients

3/4 oz. Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1 tbsp. Egg White (more Egg White drinks)
1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin (more Plymouth Gin drinks)
3/4 oz. Cointreau (more Cointreau drinks)

Instructions

A great New Years Cocktail created around 1929 at Harry´s New York Bar in Paris.

Fill mixing glass with ice. Add the Plymouth Gin, Cointreau, lemon juice (freshly squeezed) and egg white (optional). Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Lemon Zest.
