Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Stolichnaya ( Stoli ) Peach Vodka (more Stolichnaya ( Stoli ) Peach Vodka drinks)
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao (more Blue Curacao drinks)
1/4 cup(s) Pineapple (Diced - fresh or canned) (more Pineapple drinks)
dash(es) Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)

Instructions

Blend with cracked ice until the pineapple is liquefied. Serve in a chilled stemmed glass. For more color, add more blue Curacao.
