Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Stolichnaya ( Stoli ) Peach Vodka - (more)
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao - (more)
1/4 cup(s) Pineapple (Diced - fresh or canned) - (more)
dash(es) Lemon Juice - (more)

Instructions

Blend with cracked ice until the pineapple is liquefied. Serve in a chilled stemmed glass. For more color, add more blue Curacao.
