2 oz. Pearl Black Vodka - (more)
1 oz. Arrow Sour Apple Smackers - (more)
1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix - (more)

Instructions

Shake well with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an apple wedge.
