Ingredients

1 oz. Kahlua (more Kahlua drinks)
1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream (more Baileys Irish Cream drinks)
2 cup(s) Milk (more Milk drinks)
1 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup (Hershey's) (more Chocolate Syrup drinks)

Instructions

Blend the ingredients (except chocolate syrup) with 2 cups of ice. Blend well until smooth, pour into a collins glass and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
