Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Vodka - (more)
1 tsp. Brown Sugar (Or caster sugar) - (more)
1 Egg White - (more)
1 oz. Lemon Juice (Fresh) - (more)
Soda Water - (more)

Instructions

Place the ingredients (excluding the soda water) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Pour into a tall glass and top up with soda water. WARNING! BEWARE OVERFLOW! Garnish with a slice of lemon in accordance with the current shape of the moon.
