Ingredients

3 1/2 oz. Bulldog Gin - (more)
3 sprig(s) Mint - (more)
1 1/2 oz. Lychee Juice - (more)
1 oz. Simple Syrup - (more)
Club Soda - (more)

Instructions

Muddle mint and 1 lime slice in a cocktail glass. Add Bulldog Gin, lychee juice and simple syrup. Transfer to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime slice and lychee fruit.
