Mojito del Perro

Ingredients

3 1/2 oz. Bulldog Gin (more Bulldog Gin drinks)
3 sprig(s) Mint (more Mint drinks)
1 1/2 oz. Lychee Juice (more Lychee Juice drinks)
1 oz. Simple Syrup (more Simple Syrup drinks)
Club Soda (more Club Soda drinks)

Instructions

Muddle mint and 1 lime slice in a cocktail glass. Add Bulldog Gin, lychee juice and simple syrup. Transfer to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime slice and lychee fruit.
