1 1/3 oz. Vodka - (more)
2/3 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream - (more)
1/3 oz. Passion Fruit Liqueur - (more)
1/3 oz. Pisang Ambon - (more)
Shake well and serve in a highball glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. You can also serve this drink in a melon cut in half with the seeds and most of the flesh removed.
