1 1/2 oz. Anejo Rum - (more)
1/2 oz. Cream Sherry - (more)
1/2 oz. Lime Juice - (more)
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Top with the Ginger Ale. Garnish with the lemon twist.
