Little Orphan Apple

Drink Type: Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Square One Cucumber Flavored Organic Vodka (more Square One Cucumber Flavored Organic Vodka drinks)
1/5 Apple (Fuji, cored and cubed) (more Apple drinks)
1/2 oz. Aperol Orange Liqueur (more Aperol Orange Liqueur drinks)
1/2 oz. Agave Nectar (more Agave Nectar drinks)
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice (Fresh Organic) (more Lemon Juice drinks)

Instructions

In a mixing glass, muddle half of the apple cubes with lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well and strain into a short glass (coup or old fashioned). Garnish with three apple cubes on a toothpick resting in the glass. Variation: Strain over ice and top with soda water to create a crisp cooler.
