Lemongrass Lawan

Ingredients

2 tsp. Brown Sugar - (more)
2 oz. Mekhong - (more)
1 Lemon Grass Stem - (more)
1 oz. Lime Juice - (more)
Club Soda - (more)

Instructions

Chop up half of the lemongrass and muddle in base of mixing glass. Pour Mekhong and the rest of the ingredients except the Club soda into the mixing glass. Add Ice and shake vigorously for 7-8 seconds. Strain into a chilled hurricane glass. Bash the other half of the lemongrass and add for garnish.
