1 1/2 oz. Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Year Old Rum 23 - (more)
1 oz. Averna Bitters - Amaro - (more)
3/4 oz. Lime Juice - (more)
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup - (more)
1/4 oz. Pimento Dram - (more)

Instructions

Shake and strain into a long glass with ice. Top with Champagne.
