Ingredients

3 oz. Milk or Half and Half - (more)
2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream - (more)
1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey - (more)
Whipped Cream - (more)

Instructions

Blend Bailey's Irish Cream, Irish Whiskey and Milk with a cup of ice. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with whipped cream. Serve with a mint garnish. (Could also be served over ice.)
