5 oz. Orange Juice - (more)
3 oz. Pina Colada Mix - (more)
1 oz. Banana Liqueur - (more)
1 oz. White Rum - (more)
1/2 Banana - (more)

Instructions

Blend with 1 cup of ice until smooth and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.
