Ingredients

5 tsp. Instant Coffee - (more)
4 cup(s) Water - (more)
2 1/2 cup(s) Sugar - (more)
1 1/2 cup(s) Vodka - (more)
1 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup - (more)

Instructions

Boil water. Add coffee. Add sugar. Simmer, 20 min. Remove from heat, add chocolate. Allow to cool. Add vodka.
