Ingredients

1 oz. Knockeen Hills Irish Poteen - Gold Strength (more Knockeen Hills Irish Poteen - Gold Strength drinks)
1/2 oz. Gin (more Gin drinks)
1/2 oz. Triple Sec (more Triple Sec drinks)
2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix (more Sweet and Sour Mix drinks)
Pepsi Cola (more Pepsi Cola drinks)
Champagne (more Champagne drinks)

Instructions

Serve in Collins glass over ice. Top with either the Pepsi Cola or Champagne.
