Imperial Sour

Ingredients

2 oz. Mandarine Napoleon (more Mandarine Napoleon drinks)
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1 Egg White (more Egg White drinks)
2 oz. Ginger Beer (Fever Tree) (more Ginger Beer drinks)

Instructions

Pour all ingredients except ginger beer into a mixing glass and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour the ginger beer in the bottom of the serving glass and strain the cocktail over it. Finally garnish with a few drops of green chartreuse.
