Ingredients

1/2 gallon(s) Vanilla Ice Cream (Preferably premium vanilla beam ice cream softened in the fridge) (more Vanilla Ice Cream drinks)
1 pound(s) Butter (Unsalted and cut in pads to soften at room temp.) (more Butter drinks)
1 pound(s) Brown Sugar (more Brown Sugar drinks)
Cinnamon (more Cinnamon drinks)
Nutmeg (more Nutmeg drinks)

Instructions

Mix soft the ice cream and the soft butter on low/medium speed and add the brown sugar. Add some cinnamon and a splash of nutmeg (to taste) . Store in the freezer and scoop and use!
