1/2 gallon(s) Vanilla Ice Cream (Preferably premium vanilla beam ice cream softened in the fridge) - (more)

Mix soft the ice cream and the soft butter on low/medium speed and add the brown sugar. Add some cinnamon and a splash of nutmeg (to taste) . Store in the freezer and scoop and use!
