1 tsp. Powdered Sugar - (more)
1 oz. Water (Hot) - (more)
1 oz. Whiskey - (more)

Instructions

Put all ingredients except whiskey into an Irish coffee mug and dissolve thoroughly. Add whiskey and fill with boiling water.
