Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Cachaca - (more)
3/4 oz. Lime Juice - (more)
1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur - (more)
1/2 oz. Honey Thyme - (more)

Instructions

Pour all the ingredients in a mixing tumbler then stir until the honey dissolves completely. Add ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a crystallized ginger wheel.
