Hendrick's Tawny Orange Jelly Sour

Ingredients

1 2/3 oz. Hendrick's Gin (more Hendrick's Gin drinks)
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup (more Honey Syrup drinks)
1 tsp. Orange Marmalade (more Orange Marmalade drinks)
2/3 oz. Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)

Instructions

Assemble all the ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass with ice and shake well. Strain through a tea strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel and a spiral of orange on the rim of the glass.
