Hendrick's Quince and Clove Sour

Ingredients

1 2/3 oz. Hendrick's Gin - (more Hendrick's Gin drinks)
1 tsp. Quince Preserves - (more Quince Preserves drinks)
2/3 oz. Lemon Juice - (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup - (more Honey Syrup drinks)
splash(es) Pink Cloves Cordial - (more Pink Cloves Cordial drinks)

Instructions

Assemble all the ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass with ice and shake well. Strain through a tea strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel and a spiral of lemon on the rim of the glass.
