Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Montechristo Spiced Rum (more Montechristo Spiced Rum drinks)
1/4 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur (more Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur drinks)
1 oz. Pear Juice (more Pear Juice drinks)

Instructions

Drizzle caramel sauce in a martini glass. Mix all ingredients in a shaker and pour into the glass. Top with fresh whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed candied pecans and serve.
