Ingredients

2 oz. Pineapple Juice - (more)
1 1/2 oz. Absolut Vodka - (more)
1/2 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur - (more)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Donna says she had this in Maui at Kea Lani Suites Resort Lobby Bar. Named after the volcano, Mt. Haleakala.
