2 oz. Apricot Brandy - (more)
1 Egg Yolk (Unbroken) - (more)
3/4 oz. Yellow Chartreuse - (more)

Instructions

Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
