Ingredients

1 1/2 pint(s) Grapefruit Juice (more Grapefruit Juice drinks)
1 cup(s) Orange Juice (more Orange Juice drinks)
2 oz. Honey (more Honey drinks)
4 Egg Yolks (Well beaten) (more Egg Yolks drinks)
4 Egg Whites (Beaten until stiff) (more Egg Whites drinks)
1 pinch(es) Salt (more Salt drinks)

Instructions

Blend well the egg yolks with the fruit juices, then add the honey and the salt, and blend until the honey has dissolved. Carefully fold in the stiff egg whites and serve immediately in chilled wine glasses.
