Drink Type: Non-Alcoholic
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pint(s) Grapefruit Juice
- 1 cup(s) Orange Juice
- 2 oz. Honey
- 4 Egg Yolks (Well beaten)
- 4 Egg Whites (Beaten until stiff)
- 1 pinch(es) Salt
Instructions
Blend well the egg yolks with the fruit juices, then add the honey and the salt, and blend until the honey has dissolved. Carefully fold in the stiff egg whites and serve immediately in chilled wine glasses.
