Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. G'Vine Floraison Gin - (more)
1 1/2 oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur - (more)
3/4 oz. Egg White - (more)
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice - (more)
1/2 oz. Club Soda - (more)

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon powder.
