Ingredients

3/4 oz. Hendrick's Gin (more Hendrick's Gin drinks)
3/4 oz. Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (more Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky drinks)
2 oz. Pear Juice (more Pear Juice drinks)
1/2 oz. Agave Nectar (more Agave Nectar drinks)
1 wedge(s) Lemon (more Lemon drinks)

Instructions

Combine ingredients and shake well. Strain up into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pear. Pears must be cut a la minute otherwise they will turn brown, an alternative, easy garnish is a lemon wheel.
