Ingredients

3 oz. Rum - (more)
3 tbsp. Sugar - (more)
1 tsp. Vanilla - (more)
3/4 oz. Skimmed Milk - (more)
1/2 cup(s) Egg Substitute - (more)
1/3 oz. Evaporated Skimmed Milk - (more)

Instructions

Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill overnight. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 6 servings.
