Egg Nog - Healthy

Drink Type: Cocktail


1/2 cup(s) Egg Substitute (more Egg Substitute drinks)
3 tbsp. Sugar (more Sugar drinks)
1/3 oz. Evaporated Skimmed Milk (more Evaporated Skimmed Milk drinks)
3/4 oz. Skimmed Milk (more Skimmed Milk drinks)
1 tsp. Vanilla (more Vanilla drinks)
3 oz. Rum (more Rum drinks)


Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill overnight. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 6 servings.
