Drink Type: Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin (infused with dried pears and apples) (more Bombay Sapphire Gin drinks)
1/2 oz. Lucid Absinthe Superieure (more Lucid Absinthe Superieure drinks)
1 oz. Apple Cider (more Apple Cider drinks)
1/2 oz. Pear Brandy (Adam recommends: Massenez Williams Poire Brandy) (more Pear Brandy drinks)
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)
2 dash(es) Bitters (Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters) (more Bitters drinks)
Ginger Beer (more Ginger Beer drinks)

Instructions

Shake all ingredients well. Strain into a highball glass. Top with gingerbeer. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
