Ingredients

3 oz. Rye Whiskey (more Rye Whiskey drinks)
1 oz. Dry Vermouth (more Dry Vermouth drinks)
dash(es) Angostura Bitters (more Angostura Bitters drinks)

Instructions

Stir well with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
