Ingredients

2 oz. Tequila (more Tequila drinks)
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (more Superfine Sugar drinks)
dash(es) Bitters (more Bitters drinks)
1 Egg (more Egg drinks)
3 oz. Club Soda (more Club Soda drinks)

Instructions

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, Bitters, and egg. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the Club Soda.
