Ingredients

2 oz. Scotch - (more)
1 Egg - (more)
1 tsp. Triple Sec - (more)
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice (Fresh) - (more)
1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar - (more)
Sparkling Water - (more)

Instructions

Shake vigorously all the ingredients (except the water) with cracked ice and strain over ice cubes into a collins glass. Gently stir in the sparkling water.
