Coconut Toastie

Ingredients

1 oz. White Rum (more White Rum drinks)
5 tbsp. Ice Cream (more Ice Cream drinks)
1/4 oz. Whipped Cream (more Whipped Cream drinks)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and garnish with shredded coconut.
