Ingredients

5 tbsp. Ice Cream - (more)
1 oz. White Rum - (more)
1/4 oz. Whipped Cream - (more)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and garnish with shredded coconut.
