Ingredients

1 1/4 oz. Admiral Nelson's Coconut Rum (more Admiral Nelson's Coconut Rum drinks)
1 oz. Milk (more Milk drinks)
5 oz. Pineapple Juice (more Pineapple Juice drinks)

Instructions

Blend with a cup of ice for 10 - 15 seconds. Pour into specialty glass and garnish with a pineapple spear.
