Ingredients

4 oz. Claret (Chilled) (more Claret drinks)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice (Fresh) (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (more Superfine Sugar drinks)
2 oz. Sparkling Water (Chilled) (more Sparkling Water drinks)

Instructions

In a large wine glass, dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice and the water. Add the some cracked ice and pour the claret. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
