Cielo Tequila Mojito

Ingredients

3 oz. El Diamante del Cielo Blanco Tequila (more El Diamante del Cielo Blanco Tequila drinks)
1 oz. Lime Juice (more Lime Juice drinks)
1/2 oz. Cointreau (more Cointreau drinks)
1 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (more Simple Syrup drinks)
5 Mint Leaves Chopped (more Mint Leaves drinks)
Soda Water (more Soda Water drinks)

Instructions

Muddle juice of half the lime with chopped mint leaves and add to white wine glass filled with ice. Add tequila, CointreauTM simple syrup and juice of the other half of the lime. Stir well. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
