Ingredients

5 Mint Leaves Chopped - (more)
3 oz. El Diamante del Cielo Blanco Tequila - (more)
1 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup - (more)
1 oz. Lime Juice - (more)
1/2 oz. Cointreau - (more)
Soda Water - (more)

Instructions

Muddle juice of half the lime with chopped mint leaves and add to white wine glass filled with ice. Add tequila, CointreauTM simple syrup and juice of the other half of the lime. Stir well. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
