Ingredients

2 oz. El Diamante del Cielo Blanco Tequila - (more)
2 tsp. Sugar - (more)
1 Egg White - (more)
1 oz. Lime Juice - (more)
Soda Water - (more)

Instructions

Fill shaker with ice. Add tequila, sugar, lime juice, and egg white. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with cold soda water.
