Ingredients
2 oz. El Diamante del Cielo Blanco Tequila - (more)
1 oz. Cactus Juice - (more)
1 oz. Cointreau - (more)
1 pinch(es) Salt - (more)
1/2 oz. Rose's Lime Juice - (more)
Instructions
Fill a blender 1/4 of the way with ice. Add tequila, Cointreau, cactus pear and lime juice blend until frothy. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of cocktail glasses and dip the rim into a saucer of coarse salt.
